Sandblasting and Sulfate Washing

Blasting your product is a great way to prep the material for welding or painting. Works great for removing paint or other coatings from metal using a steel shot abrasive. Our large sandblasting booth is 16′ W x 14′ H x 30′ D and can handle large projects. In addition, our facility has sulfate-washing capabilities. Sulfate washing removes surface rust, welding smut, dirt, and grease to prepare parts for painting.

Dry Filter Cross-flow Paint Booth with Climate Control

Winnebago Mfg can complete your projects with both water-based and electrostatic painting in our new Dry Filter Cross-flow Paint Spray Booth with Climate Control. The paint booth is physically large enough to handle big projects, and it is 21' wide x 15' high x 60' deep. This system will finish your parts faster and cleaner resulting in a great-looking finished product. Due to the climate control and accelerated curing system, it will help reduce lead time by 24-48 hours.
